At CPL, we have built a culture that strongly emphasises excellence in chicken production while upholding the highest ethical standards. We employ the services of an external consultancy (Croner) to enhance our Human Resources team with the most up to date policies and procedures to ensure our colleagues are supported and developed to their potential.
Our commitment to ethics is deeply engrained in every aspect of our operations, creating an environment of respect and integrity. We are SEDEX & SMETA certified which helps us support our standards of labour, health and safety, environmental performance, and ethics within our own operations.
